It appears on July 17, Adam Bowling decided it might be a good idea to actually pay the Secretary of State his corporate licensing fees, which had been neglected for years. My guess is that he probably knows a lawsuit is in his future and wanted to try to protect himself personally.
Unfortunately for him, he may not be protected because he still lists his registered agent address as the UPS store in Canton: His UPS Store "business" address. I'll be discussing this with our attorney tomorrow but it appears I may be able to sue him individually because I can't serve a box a lawsuit notice.
